Working and hope it lasts long. took 3 hrs to fully charge. back massage isn't possible as the hands don't open fully outwards. can adjust how tight it presses depending on how much of neck is pushed in.

This thing is amazing. I am an esthetician and i've had neck problems and my face muscles on my neck and my face, we're really tight from getting older and since i've used this, i've noticed my wrinkles are gone and i don't have any more forehead wrinkles as well, just by using this on the back of my neck, i've had a plate put in my neck so my neck muscles were really tight. They no longer are tight, i can turn my head and not have to feel a pain. My shoulder blades no longer are in pain, i have free movement free range now from my shoulders and my neck and my face it is amazing you have to get this if you don't get this you're crazy.

Excellent product as described. I have put it on charge and will test it later to evaluate better. But I can say that the material is good and soft. I recommend purchasing the product! (Packaged very well with great care) The buckle is large and suitable even for those with a slightly fuller body.

Item arrived undamaged in shipping package. After reviewing instructions massager was plugged into receptacle and after some difficulty it finally was able to be charged. Device would not maintain a charge even after several charging sessions. Device useless in this condition.
